Distributors and retailers facing a real-time mismatch between account balance and account recharge.
More gaps between distributors and retailers and their activities within the product.
Distributors weren’t able to track and analyze the retail activities to increase sales or purchases.
Problem Statement
How might we improve the usage of the application for distributors?
How might we increase the connection between distributors and their knowledge about retailers?
How to provide more visibility to the distributors about the products?
Contextual Inquiry
Real-time insights based on live sessions with 12 participants from different demography.
— Participants have to refresh multiple times to view the account balance while they are at the store.
— Less visibility about store sales and products in stock. So the users weren’t able to decide quickly on the sales approach.
— Users did not require the major functions in their day-to-day sales and the day-to-day functions were combined with the other functions which gave a hard time for the users to remember the functions on the go.
— Users have more action items but less visibility on their track of the action.
